Seth Rollins will update his knee injury on Monday’s episode WWE Raw.
WWE announced that Rollins would be the first guest to appear on Raw Monday night (January 22, 2019). Rollins will discuss his future as World Heavyweight champion.
Rollins retained his World Heavyweight title in the main event on Raw this past week. Rollins injured his knee during a Lionsault he performed on Mahal. Rollins was diagnosed with a partially torn Meniscus and a torn MCL after an MRI.
The plan for WrestleMania is to see Rollins defend his World Heavyweight Championship by CM Punk.
“As of today afternoon, Rollins and Punk were still scheduled for WrestleMania,” Dave Meltzer wrote in today’s Daily Update. Dave Meltzer, in today’s Daily Update, wrote that Punk was still scheduled to appear at WrestleMania. “I was told this is the ‘current plan’, but obviously it depends on various factors as to whether it could change.”
Raw will be broadcast live from the Smoothie-King Center in New Orleans on Monday. Raw is Raw’s final show before the Royal Rumble.
