WWE’s Sunday night programming on A&E will return next month.
A&E released a press release Wednesday announcing the return of WWE Rivals and Biography : WWE Legends with new seasons beginning on Sunday, 25th February. The block of programming begins at 8 p.m. Eastern Time with Rivals. The next hour is devoted to Biography.
This is the third season of WWE Rivals. It is hosted by actor Freddie Prinze Jr., a former member of the WWE creative team. He hosts a roundtable of former and current WWE personalities who discuss the most iconic rivalries throughout company history.
The Hardy Boyz will face The Hardy Boyz in the first episode. The Dudley Boyz will face off against. Edge & Christian and The Miz vs. Daniel Bryan.
WWE Legends’ fourth season begins with a biography. The season opener will be a documentary about Randy Orton. The season will also feature episodes on Sgt. Slaughter will be joined by Scott Hall, Diamond Dallas Page “British Bulldog Davey Boy Smith” and Roman Reigns.
The partnership between WWE & A&E was announced for the first time in 2019. The block of programming will debut in 2021.
