WWE NXT announces the first two Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Teams in todays Wrestling news
The tournament will begin on Tuesday’s NXT.
The first two teams for the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic are confirmed.
NXT announced via social media that Nathan Frazer & Axiom, and Baron Corbin & Bronson Breakker would be teaming up in the tournament. The tournament will begin on Tuesday’s episode when they’ll appear. Their opponents will be revealed on Monday.
Both teams were assembled on NXT last week. Corbin and Breakker have had many verbal exchanges, but reluctantly agreed to form a team. Axiom & Frazer, who had recently faced each other at the NXT Deadline Pre-Show last month, were much more enthusiastic about teaming up. They did have a confrontation, however, with another tag-team, Edris & Malik Blade.
