Goldberg was recently featured on the Steve & Captain Evil Podcast.

Goldberg called Vince McMahon “a piece of s**t”, during a recent radio interview.

He appeared live in the Steve & Captain Evil Podcast during their annual benefit for Helicopters for Heroes, on Monday. Goldberg was asked about his relationship with Vince McMahon by a member in the audience during the show.

Goldberg responded to the question:

Vince is like Dana White. Vince is the boss. He makes everything happen, but he also gave me an opportunity to put my son and wife in the front row. I was able to perform in front of them. I owe everything to him, until we went on tour to Saudi Arabia. He asked me to bring Roman Reigns and I had COVID.

I called him from my home here and said, “Listen, here’s the deal. I’ll do it as long as you give me a matching retirement fund.”

Goldberg continued:

I did this to satisfy him and give him what he wanted. Vince is a piece shit to me because he never did his part.

He also spoke of his relationship with Sting and revealed that he attempted to be a part of Sting’s upcoming retirement at AEW.

Goldberg said

Sting is why I got into the business. Sting is a great role model. He’s retiring in February, and I tried to participate in his retirement match.

Sting is the reason I chose to enter the world of professional wrestlers. Don”t take this as an insult, he was just a normal guy who did some abnormal things. I really do believe that wrestling is like being at the circus. I never viewed it with much respect, but after watching him from afar I realized that I could do it. He was not only a great performer, but he also had a lot of self-respect. It’s hard to describe him.

Steve Borden (Sting) is one of the most amazing human beings in the world. He set an example for us and I tried to take up the torch, run with it, and make him happy.

Goldberg teased a self-promotional retirement match in Israel earlier this year. Sting was once linked to the rumored event. Goldberg told 93.7 that he wanted to end his career according to his own terms because McMahon had not delivered on his promise.

Vince McMahon had a handshake agreement with me that I would have an official retirement match after the Roman Reigns Match. That hasn’t happened through them, so nobody stamps my career and nobody tells when I’m finished, period, end story. When someone tells me this, I like to fight it. I like to do it my way, and I go my way. I don’t go under Roman Reigns after I have agreed to a match and COVID three weeks later.
