Chris Sabin will be challenged by KUSHIDA, El Hijo del Vikingo and KUSHIDA.

Hard to Kill will see two contenders for Chris Sabin’s X-Division Championship.

Sabin will defend his X-Division championship against KUSHIDA, and El Hijo del Vikingo on Saturday 13th January in a three-way fight at Hard to Kill. The pay-per view will be broadcast from the Palms Casino Resort, Las Vegas.

KUSHIDA has joined the Impact/TNA Wrestling team. This week, it was announced that he had signed a contract.

KUSHIDA, who is now under contract to Impact/TNA has stated that his relationship with NJPW remains the same.

Vikingo is one of the brightest young stars in pro wrestling. He is currently the AAA Mega Champion, and has appeared frequently for AEW/ROH. This will be his debut for Impact/TNA since 2024.

Vikingo will also be appearing on TNA’s post Hard to Kill television tapings, which will take place in Las Vegas Sunday, January 14.

Sabin has been X-Division champion since Lio Rush won the title in September. Sabin is in his 10th year as champion.

Hard to Kill is the official start of Impact Wrestling’s rebranding to TNA Wrestling. Three title bouts are confirmed for the PPV.
