Rhodes recently appeared on The Michael Kay Show.

Cody Rhodes thinks MJF will eventually end up in WWE.

Rhodes was recently interviewed on the Michael Kay Show and asked about his former opponent and the current AEW World champion. Rhodes said he was proud of MJF, and that he believes fans will be able to see him in a WWE ring one day.

Rhodes said:

I think we will one day see MJF in WWE.

For those who do not know, MJF is one of my recruits. He’s probably the one that I’m most excited about because of his potential and personality. His professionalism is shining.

Rhodes believes that the muscle mass MJF added in the last year-and-a-half would help him if he decides to “make the leap” to WWE.

Rhodes continued:

One thing that I’m proud of is that he has put on a lot more muscle over the past year and a quarter. When he does make the jump to WWE, I don’t even know when it will be, but you’ll have to face guys like Drew McIntyre or Omos, or, gosh, Brock Lesnar.

Rhodes suggested that MJF might have grown in size to prepare for a WWE signing.

It seems that he is a little more confident about his future after watching him grow. Your guess is just as good as mine. I don’t bother him about it, because I want to keep the friendship we have today.
