Trent Seven signs contract Impact/TNA Wrestling in todays Wrestling news
The former WWE NXT UK wrestling star made his debut at Saturday’s Final Resolution.
Trent Seven, who made a surprise appearance in Saturday’s Final Resolution event, is now officially a part of the Impact/TNA Wrestling team.
Seven teamed up with “Speedball” Mike Bailey and took on The Rascalz Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz. They won the impromptu battle.
Scott D’Amore, Impact/TNA’s head, went into the ring and cut a promo, explaining that he had liked Seven before, but that someone “was dumb enough to let him leave” so he was able to sign him now. He then signed a contract on Bailey’s behalf.
The 42-year old UK native was released by WWE at the end of summer 2022, after a long stint with NXT UK. He has since been active on the UK scene, working with OTT, RevPro and others, while also making his AEW debut a year ago.
Saturday marked his Impact debut in the ring, although he had competed in other organizations for the TNA X-Division and Impact Digital Media titles.
