Thunder Rosa is injured.
The 38-year old revealed today on Busted Open Radio that she is recovering from a concussion.
Rosa’s final match was on the August 31, AEW Collision edition, where she competed against Serena Deeb and Queen Aminata. The match winner Hikaru Schida also took part. She had previously defeated Deonna Purrazzo on the August 10 edition Collision in a Bullrope Match.
If you feel as if you’ve had a concussion then stop immediately. Do not enter. It’s not worthwhile. I can tell you… I’m currently suffering from a concussion. Rosa said, “I’m going to be out for a few weeks.”
Rosa has wrestled 21 times for AEW since late December, when she returned from a 16 month injury absence. Rosa wrestled four matches at the Arlington Esports Arena, Rosa’s native Texas, during AEW’s residency.
