According to reports, the main event for TNA’s largest show of the year was determined.
Joe Hendry defeated Frankie Kazarian on Saturday in a match for the number-one contender at the TV tapings of the promotion in San Antonio. PWInsider reports that Hendry will face TNA World champion Nic Nemeth as the main event at Bound For Glory.
TNA released a digital exclusive featuring Hendry’s promise to win the world title for TNA after his victory over Josh Alexander on Victory Road.
“Tonight, I made a statement. I beat one of the best wrestlers in this company. Joe Hendry has only one task left. “I believe I am the face for TNA but to prove it, I must win the TNA World Title, and that’s what Joe Hendry is going to do next.”
The 20th edition TNA Bound for Glory will take place at the Wayne State Fieldhouse, Detroit, Michigan, on Saturday, October 26, in 2024. No other matches for the show have been confirmed.
