A tag-team match has been added in AEW Dynamite.
Queen Aminata and Yuka Sakazaki will face AEW Women’s Champion Mariah Deeb and Serena Deeb. The match follows the events of Saturday’s AEW collision.
Yuka Sakazaki, backstage, approached Mariah May to ask for a championship match. After Sakazaki beat Deeb on the entrance ramp, May, a guest commentator attacked her from behind. She then tried to put Sakazaki in the Storm zero. Sakazaki, however, escaped and slayed May, holding the Storm Zero title before giving it to her.
Deeb had told Aminata earlier in the show that she wasn’t prepared to challenge May for her title, and suggested again that they join forces. Aminata refused the offer and mocked Deeb behind closed doors after Sakazaki’s loss. She then went out to her match with Robyn Renegade. Deeb put Aminata in an ankle-lock after Aminata had won.
