Natalya says WWE Raw Monday night was a memorable experience that she will cherish forever.
Bret Hart made an appearance at the Scotiabank Saddledome, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Natalya Hart’s first WWE ring appearance was at this venue, when she celebrated the Hart Foundation’s win at In Your House: Canadian Stampede in 1997 with her family.
In a post on social media on Tuesday, Natalya reflected upon her “full-circle” moment.
“My first time in the @wwe ring happened in 1997, at the IN YOUR HOME Canadian Stampede PPV held in Calgary. It was the last family gathering I had. It was a full-circle moment last night, being back with @BretHart and The Hart Family, as well as my @wwe families, in the same building. Calgary is a special place for me, as it’s the city where the Harts began. It was a memorable night that I’ll remember forever.”
Natalya was revealed to be the mystery partner in the match between Zelina Vega, Lyra Valkyria and the Pure Fusion Collective. This was her first match after her victory over Izzi Dame in the NXT episode from June 4. She signed a multi-year contract with WWE, according to reports.
