Hulk Hogan signed a new contract with WWE.
Hogan discussed signing a five-year contract with the company on Logan Paul’s Impaulsive Podcast.
He said, “I signed a five year deal. I’ll be 71 in a few months.” “I signed a 5-year deal for licensing and merchandising, and ambassador stuff. If they need me to do anything for WrestleMania I’m happy to do it. It’s definitely a different experience.”
Hogan, when asked to compare Vince McMahon with Nick Khan, said that McMahon was too creative and Khan was more business oriented.
“It’s business as usual for me.” He doesn’t overthink creativity. I don’t do much creative work unless Bruce Prichard is around, or they ask me a question on a finish. I don’t really get too involved with it. Nick Khan’s involvement with the two heads of state is strictly business, if that’s what you want to call it.
Hogan then told a story of how he had asked Nick Khan for artwork to be used on his Real American beer. Khan initially wanted a percentage, but when Hogan told Khan he would pay $300 for someone to draw similar artwork, Khan gave it to him.
“Vince is great, but I don’t think Vince would make a decision that quickly,” he said. “I just want a caricature. Just some simple a** art.” Nick understood and knew that I could have it drawn the next day. But he has been very easy to work with, supportive and helpful.”
Hogan had told Paul earlier in the interview that he would only be World Champion after losing the United States Title to LA Knight at WWE SummerSlam last August.
