Paul said that he would work hard to reach this level. He is offended by the term “part-timer”, but he understands it. Paul, who first became famous on social media, believes that WWE Raw’s move from cable to Netflix in January of 2025 will be “the perfect intersection” for him.
Paul lost the United States title at SummerSlam last year to LA Knight. He had been champion in November 2023.
Paul has played in two World Championship matchs since his debut for WWE. He lost to Roman Reigns 2022, and Cody Rhodes this year. Rhodes is currently the Undisputed WWE champion. Gunther is the World Heavyweight Champion on Raw.
