He faced Josh Alexander. The 60-minute Iron Man match ended with Nemeth scoring 3 falls to Alexander’s 2. Nemeth accepted Moose’s challenge earlier in the evening when the show ended. TNA made the Victory Road title match official.
Nemeth won TNA World Championship after a six-way match at Slammiversary, last month. Moose, the champion at the time of that match, was eliminated by Joe Hendry.

WWE Hall of Famer John Bradshaw Layfield surprised viewers at the end of Emergence by whispering to Nemeth a few words before he left.
