WWE Raw will be broadcast in Saudi Arabia for the first time.
Turki Alalshikh, a Saudi official, released a press release today to promote the events that will be held during Riyadh Season in the fall. WWE Crown Jewel 2024, and an episode Raw are among them. The press release says that the shows will take place on consecutive days. This means that Raw will tape on Sunday, November 3, before airing on Monday November 4.
The press release states:
This year, Riyadh Season will host the WWE Crown Jewel & Raw Show, which will take place on two consecutive days. The event, which continues the annual tradition of featuring a more powerful lineup of wrestlers, is part of the most comprehensive, diverse, and powerful entertainment season in the entire world.
WWE’s controversial partnership with the Saudi Government began in 2018, and Saudi Arabia hosts two WWE PLEs each year. In May, a SmackDown episode took place in Saudi Arabia before King & Queen of the Ring.
The Raw episode on November 4 will kick off the build-up to Survivor Series which takes place in Vancouver, British Columbia Canada, on Saturday, November 30,
